I am very frustrated with this company and I just want to send a warning to all future clients. Please don't get scammed the way I did. I joined this program in 2006 and was happy with the man that brought me into the program. The problem started about a month after I joined creditors were calling me and calling non stop. When I emailed the company to get assistance in this matter I was never answered. I emailed and emailed. Paula told me to not answer the phone and suggested I send a letter to my creditors. That is all well and good but the creditors started to call my work. I brought this once again to the company's attention and they didn't offer any assistance or help.

In jan 07 I really started to get very frustrated with this company. They were taking money out but weren't doing anything for me as far as dealing with the escalating creditor issue. I decided cut my loss and cancel my program, to go with a different company and immediately the calls stopped . I am taken care of now.. I have asked for a refund but Lester Carrrero, who I am told is running the company now has refused. in January of '07 my irritation. I started to do a little research on them. I wish I had know this before I joined. Since they could not bring their self to do the right thing and refund the money I had spent for the service I did not receive I wanted to warn other innocent people.

They are formerly know as U.S. Credit Management, a company who went bankrupted in '05 for stealing client funding and ripping people off. The company is still owned by basically the same people , just a different name. In all fairness I tried and tried to resolve this issue many times. I just don't believe you should do business like this.

I have a friend who was in the same program with a worse experience because she was actually garnished and the company didn't offer any support, just a few pages of paper that was an article entitled " What if your sued " or something like that. They also refused her request for refund. I did try to give them one last chance but is a mess. Also The number I was given was disconnected I then tried a secondary number and it to was disconnected. They will tell you a different story but experience is the measure by I write this. So Join this company at your own risk and understand not all company's are like this one
