Enhanced Long Distance Unauthorized Charge on Phone Bill San Antonio Texas

Last month when I received my phone bill, I noticed a new charge for Enhanced Long Distance. I called Verizon and questioned the charge. I was told that I had visited some website and signed up for this service in order to receive $1000. in grocery coupons. I told the representative that I did no such thing, and he gave me a date of birth that wasn't even close to mine, and a maiden name that I had never even heard of. I told him that wasn't me and why would I sign up for a long distance plan when I already have free long distance in my plan with them. Verizon looked into the situation and handled everything. I hope this company gets charged and penalized for what they are doing.
