This is a strange company. I received a bill Saturday, 11/7, shortly after receiving a bill from Time Warner, a very bad company. Time Warner billed me for equipment which they never told me was theirs!
I called on Sat. to inquire about the bill, and they agreed to do a 3-way call. They called Time Warner and i could hear the usual "thank you for waiting, blah blah blah". Another call tried to come in but of course I ignored it because i didn't recognize the number.
Well, Time Warner abruptly ended the call! Then I realized ERC had as well. I called them back and was put on hold for 15 minutes before a message came on saying the office was closed. This was less than 10 minutes after calling at 2 pm! Needless to say, I will not call them back.
