Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC and AT&T Charges that don't exist. Jacksonville, FL Missouri

Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC is harassing us with false bills that they say that we owe At&T from about 2+ years ago.

Back about 2 years ago we thought we wanted smart phones so we signed up for a deal with AT&T and got a couple of smart phones.  We decided we didn't like them, so took the phones back after about 2 weeks.  We actually got a full refund on the cost of the phones, etc. minus a small restock fee.

About 3 months later we started getting harassing calls and mailings from stupid debt collectors saying we owed at&t over a thousand dollars!!!

AT&T apparently has changed the collection company a couple of times since then and Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC is who is hounding us now. It's a major pain in the a*s since these are for charges we do not owe as we returned the phones in the grace period, and actually paid the few charges for services we owed in that small window of time that we did have the phones... but these companies keep hounding us.

I actually spoke with some of the debt collectors and at&t themselves about it about a year ago, and asked for an itemized statement showing exact dates and dollar amount breakdown of each and every charge in question since I personally belive the charges they are talking about are probably for days after we had already returned the phones and got refunded, but so far, not one single itemized statement has ever been produced...

in the mean time these blasted debt collectors keep sending letters and phone calls... Almost ready to change our phone number...

It didn't really bother me much until one of the stupid companies finally put it on my credit report... which I got one of the 3 credit report companies to remove already... Not sure if the other two have yet or not even though the request has been put out there...

It's getting ridiculous... Not sure what to do about this bull.. so here I am reporting this on ripoff report because it's a big problem.  Others should be made aware that if you sign up for a phone, expect to get harassed, especially if you take the phone back in the grace period!!!
