A fraudulent charge on my phone bill was not authorized. My phone bill listed a charge from ESBI Spec Serv & Prod for Anti Virus Email, for $14.95. I never heard of this company, and definitely did not authorize this fraudulent charge.

I have filed a complaint with ESBI, Qwest, Washington State Attorney General's Office, the FTC, and the BBB.
