Enhanced Services Billing Inc. crammed my AT&T phone bill. In other words, they attached unauthorized charges to my AT&T bill. When I called them, they claimed that I signed up online for their services. I insisted that I did not and that they dissolve my so called "account" and reimburse me for the charge on my bill. They said that they would, and they also said they would send me a confirmation via email, which, of course, I have not received. This practice should be totally illegal. I have never heard of their company and I did not authorize charges or open an account with them!
