I called The Enhanced Services Billing Inc on 5/27/09 at 2:30 PM.

I spoke with a lady named Karen to cancel the unauthorized service charge of $14.95.

She then gave me a Cancellation Reference number #5053039.

Instead of credit me back, they keep on adding the pass due rate fee of $29.90 as of July's billing and will be due on 8/10/09.
