Enlightened Debt Solutions COMPLETE RIP OFF, COMPLETE LIARS AND MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICES Lake Mary Florida

I joined Enlightened Debt Solutions after speaking with Jenna Lutz-Credit Advisor via phone and email. I had a fair understanding that Enlightened Debt Solutions would help me lower my credit card payments. After signing up with the company and giving out some personal information over the phone, I did some research on the company and found out that they were a total and complete scam!!! I had to close out my account numbers I gave them and got new numbers.

I began receiving many phone calls from phone numbers I did not recognize!!!! I check them on my caller I. D. and if I do not recognize the phone number, I do not answer the phone!!!! I picked up the phone a few times, just to see, but there is no one on the other end of the line!!!!

I cannot stop these idiots from contacting me now and I sent several emails to Jenna Lutz, requesting that my info be removed from their database. I never received confirmation of this. I am considering writing the Better Business Bureau on this situation, as I want these crooks out of business, so they will not continue to rip off good people!!!!!

MY advice is: research the company BEFORE you do anything!!!!
Enlightened Debt Solutions is a complete rip off!!!!! They are crooks!!!!!!
