Ennis Center for Children Meliha Dial Removed from good home. Put into an abusive foster home!!! port huron Michigan

My name is Morgan. I am 19. My fiance is Scott. He is 23. Our son is 21 months old almost 2 years old. Child Protective Services took our son from us for a positive marijuana test. But they took him before getting a court order from the judge. Nor did they have police with them. We went to court day after removal.And found ot cps slandered us. They harrassed us for a year and then took him for no reason. Theey told the judge we were neglecting him. But we werent and we had tons of witnesses on our side. Now we are working with ennis center for children. We have a stable home. We have food. We are in counseling we have been clean of marijuana for 3 months. But hes been taken from us for 6 months. We were stressed. When thay took him we almost killed ourselves!!! It broke our hearts tears streamed in puddles down our faces. We didnt know what to do. Ennis is slandering us as well. Saying that we are not doing wha we are supposed to. they are trying to terminate our rghts before the year is up!! We love our baby boy to death!! Someone out there please help us!!
