Enoch Frank - EJ Frank Enoch Frank is the biggest Scam Artist and a Big-time Crook ripoff Indianapolis Indiana

Do not deal with EJ Frank (he also goes by Enoch Frank). He is the biggest lier and a scam artist and a major crook. Do not buy any real estate deals from him. He claims that he will find you properties that are bank owned, foreclosures, that have hundreds of thousands of equity. He makes claims that he is heavly networked at Indianapolis, and that he will find you these real estate deals that no one has access to. These are all lies.

As matter of fact, he finds properties off of MLS, and claims that those properties are bank owend, and he charges you 2.5% of the purchase price. And he is not even a realtor. He steals people's money without offering any value. He will especially target out of town investors, and will ask for Power of Attorney on your behalf. He will also ask for referrals to target your friends. Do not do it. It will be the worst decision you will make in your life. He will use you, your money, your resources, your friends, your time, etc.

This guy also sells cell phone services, and has a company named wirelessworld, and is married to Jeanie Frank. He also claims that him and his wife have a property management company.

Do not do any business with this guy. He is a horrible human being who only cares about his pocket book; everything that comes out of his mouth are lies. He also states that he is a "multi-millionaire." Do not believe anything he says. He is a fraud! If you do business with him, I guarantee you that he will take advantage of you, and rip you off.
