What they delivered was two background checks of two ladies neither of the ladie I was trying to contact. I called customer service to get a refund on the $1+ that I had agreed to and was told that they did not refund any money. They insisted that I accept a ten-day Extention to search again, I kept saying I wanted to cancel and they kept giving the extensions. 

Who had the last say I don't remember. My credit card has been charged $74:00 and they say I agreed to call them back in 8 days and failed to do so.
