I am a shareholder of Enpar Technologies Inc. I was sold on this investment in 2007 by Dom Monardo. Dom kept on emailing me over and over again pressuring me to drop 10Gs into this venture and all I see is RED.

The reports I have seen by email and now on Ripoff.com confirm my fears. Enpar is a scam!

If Dr. Esnard is a fake, so too is Wasserman Ramsay Chartered Accountants for covering up the fact that McKenley Esnard has no formal education and is a fraud.

I hold the auditors responsible, and Enpar executive.

Having Esnard sign off on Enpars financials is a f-king joke, hell sign off on anything for a dollar.

Look at line (2) of the November 2010 filings. How can it be that a fraudster as Esnard sign off saying that there are NO MISREPRESENTATIONS when he is a total LIE.

I hope the OSC fries your a*s!
