In my opinion the doctors at ENT Specialist are great doctors, but they have a horrible billing system that my rip you off. They have made so many errors in billing myself and my insurance company I feel that I have to warn you.

BEWARE- you must keep good records, because you may be paying bills that were not billed correctly, or were not applied to the right charge.

 I am sharing my personal experience and opinion with you. It has been going on for 3 years now.  All of my co-pays that were not collected properly and recorded properly and instead they were dumped on me as additional charges. The recourse is non-existent as the billing department will come up with any excuse to apply charges to as they see fit to other areas that to not apply with the date of service.

In my opinion it is a shame that we find good doctors to treat our families, but they have billing departments that cannot get it right in order to keep patients resolved. I should not continue to pay for bills and charges as they feel free to create new ones. If they cannot record and charge me accordingly then they should not be in business. 


I especially do not understand why they could not apologize to me for their human errors.
