Enterprise Auto Rental Over charged on fees Buford Georgia

On Friday, 8/5, I contacted the office in Buford, GA which the car was rented. I inquired, while driving to work, the balance which they were seeking to be charged. The employee in formed me of a $583.24 charge for an 8 day rental. I was informed the rental was made online which it was not. I called and made all the arrangements with a employee. My wife was picked up and brought the car but harassed to sign up for needless additions. I asked the office not to contact my wife because she works 12 hr shifts and is asleep. They harassed here anyway upsetting and embarrassed her. I contacted the office to resolved the problem until 12 pm EST today. No resolution has been made. Contact me what resolution maybe made over a $207.84 over charge. Tyler was the manager on duty.

8/8/2016 - I still have not had someone contact me who can resolve the issue of the over charge my wife received on 8/4 with charges I did not agree when I called in to reserve it. Would someone please contact me by cell phone to resolve this over charge of $207.84? I arrange all the travel reservation at work with the phone company for the employees. If no satisfying resolution can be made, the reservations will be transferred to another rental company.

8/14 - No resolution to the over charge of $207. My wife was harassed and coerced on our car rental. After speaking with the RM, who had no authority or desire to resolve the situation, the employees of the said location have perjured themselves with false and sexist statements. We have since moved our business and personal rentals to Hertz. Thank you for your time.
