On October 26,2014 while on a hunting trip my Dodge Ram 2500 broke down.  On the 27 The dodge dealer called to get a claim started.  The company sent out a service inspectoy to inspect the damage and give them a report for the claim.  The inspector stated I hade a modified truck with an aie lift kit and larger tires.  Joe Williams stated they would not cover my truck because of those reasons.  I explained that my truck is not lifted with no air lift.  I stated that I have a air bag system to aid in the load weight distribution for hauling a fifth wheel trailer.  I also explained that I explained to the contract seller that I had a 2 inch front leveling kit and larger tires.  He stated no problem.  After a day or two they agreed to pay for the parts to repair my truck, and that i would pay the labor.  I agreed so I could get my truck.  The companies part was $2,914.00  My part for labor was over $800.00. My contract is a $100.00 deductable.  Mr Williams now states that my truck is a lifted vehicle ( those that are not at the factory Recommended Specifications) and now my truck is excluded from eligibility for coverage.  He stated that this settlement was a compromise to assist me in my loss and would provide the repair shop payment for the parts to complete the repairs.  On January 2,2015 I took my truck for some transmission repairs.  The company (EFG) Enterprise Financila Group refuses to honor the contract and no furture claims.  There is still 1 and1half years  and 70,000 miles left on my contract.  Frank  Florence, Arizona
