Enterprise Rent a Car Enterprise is a rip off Charlotte North Carolina

The kid at the counter told me that I had to buy their insurance. I later found out that he had lied and I was out almost 500 dollars on a 10 day rental. I brought the issue to their manager and general manager. The both told me that it was to bad because it was already processed. The problem is that these kids are promoted by how many "add on's" they can stick on the customer no matter how they do it. It encourages dishonest behavior from employees for their gain. Horrible way of doing business.

You know what I hate about Enterprise? It is how they always try to shake your hand. Never fails that I'm struggling to carry all of my stuff and some d-bag is trying to shake my hand. If they shake hands with 100 people each day how much does shaking hands with them increase the chance that you are going to get sick? Why do they want to shake hands anyway? Do I shake hands with the guy at mcdonalds that gives me my fries?
