I was in a accident this week and Wednesday i went to Enterprise to pick up my rental at 5:30 pm, the car wasnt ready the woman took it to wash it, about 6pm almost dark, she walked quickly around the car without looking at it and i had my 5 month old in the frigid cold so i followed her looking briefly for anything, i trusted her so i signed the contract.
Two days later my husband was working in the driveway and noticed the crack on the very bottom of the bumper, you have to get down low to even see it.
I called the company to tell them what we found and that i certainly did not do it, so i took it to them and explained how there worker and i simply missed it and they didnt care and now im out $500 and my insurance will go up for something i didn't do. So much for being honest. They didnt care what i had to say, they were awful to us.

Enterprise did more investigating and found there was a claim already filed for the damage, so im very happy but disgusted they didnt believe me
