Enterprise Solutions Firm Recent Grads beware... this company will screw you! Miami Florida

I was planning on moving to Miami earlier this year but I needed to get a job first. I found this company on careerbuilder.com (Beware they have postings on all the job websites) they immediately called me after receiving my resume... I thought this was a little odd but I really needed a job. I was visiting Miami in March and scheduled an interview while I was going to be there. I went in for the initial interview which only lasted about 10 minutes... everyone seemed really nice. Later that day the manager Sara called me back and told me I had a second interview....

Little did I know the second interview is an entire day of work in the field with no pay! However, the team leader I spent the day with was really cool so I thought it could possibly be a good job. At the end of the day I was offered the job and I took it.

The manager, Sara Stafford knew I was moving to Miami because I thought I had this "wonderful" job. She is complete scum! In my paperwork it said I would get my first paycheck on May11th. I needed this paycheck badly because I had just moved and I had bills to pay and the week before Sara sent us on a business trip to Tampa... I had to drive myself and was never reimbursed for gas! Well of course May 11th rolls around and I didn't get paid, Sara said I didn't hit my goals (which I did, she lied to me).

The next day I got promoted, which basically means nothing except you get this binder full of all the tactics they use to brainwash the people in training. I was already getting very frustrated with the job because I wasn't selling much and my territory was 40 mins away from the office! That same day one of my friends from back home called me because she was suspicious of the company from the beginning... she did research and found out it was a part of Cydcor, a multi-level marketing company a.k.a pyramid scheme.

I was shocked when I found out the whole job was a scam... I had become friends with these people. I even went to team night every Thursday night and had a great time! I have never felt so deceived in my entire life. In the end I only made about $300 for an entire month of working 14+ hour days. This job actually cost me more money than I made.

Stay away from this company and Sara Stafford. She is ruthless and will screw you over!!!!
