Andrew Boryski was GREAT!! He stayed with me every step of the way and he got me my O1 Visa. 

Andrew is a consultant not a lawyer and yes this is stated in his contract and he will and should tell you this also. He was honest with me from the start. Andrew had submitted his own O1 himself and got it approved and I was paying for Andrews experience and expertise in the matter. He advised me along the way, filled and submitted my case and we got it approved within 4 - 5 months. It was rejected at first but Andrew believed in my case and he even paid the resubmission fee himself. It was stressful at times but Andrew stayed positive and we worked together to do all that we could do to get that approval.

I spent about 12 months in total putting my case together myself before handing it off to Andrew for him to do his work on the finishing touches and the filing, so I was fully confident that I had done 100% all that I could do. 

That's the trouble with most people submitting visa's. They do not put the work in, they expect someone to do it all for them. Granted your paying a lot of money and you expect a positive service from whoever it is you have submitting your file but at the end of the day it's your life, your career and your money so DO YOUR WORK!!! 

All I can say is that I worked with Andrew and he got me my O1. The proof is in the pudding! 

I wish to set the record straight for Entertainment Immigration. 

Andrew NEVER once claimed to be a Lawyer. It even states in his contract that he is a consultant and document preparer. I had interviews with 3 other Lawyers before coming to him to help with my O1 case. All of which never gave me the detailed analysis and who to break up the Catch 22 of O-1 Visa's and Immigration. You do not need a lawyer to submit! Lawyers or people who tell you that are lying to you. Your petitioner can do it directly and save the expense.

Immigration is the stupidest process in the world! You need someone that knows how troubling it can be.

I'm not sure why this person only paid $2500, his fee is $5000. and it's totally worth it. Some companions charge up to $8000 and you don't get any help putting your paperwork together!

He had my case done in two months and was submitted and approved within the 3rd month. He made it painless and even introduced me to a manager I am still working with today!

The poster sounds like someone bitter there paperwork didn't get approved or didn't have the materials needed to complete the process.
