ENTERTAINMENT PUBLICATIONS, INC. Moive scam- They charge you and con't send the tickets Troy, Michigan

   I was directed by Entertainment Publications to a page whee  movie tickets are offered. For $57.00, they offered 8 "silver" tickets to AMC theaters. I paid them with Discover Card and never received anything, except that when I made the ordere, I got an email acknowledgment, which contianed an email address for customer servicee to report problems. After a month of no tickets, I sent an email to their customer service division,, but to this day, I have never received any answer.

  I protestedt o Discover Card, and they "investigated" by writing to the company. The answer that they got was that I had "chosen (not true) to use the US postal service, and therefore they had absolutely no responisbility, and would do nothing to sent me new tickets. As a result, I have lost my money.

By the way, the tickets are not even a good deal. If you look on the internet, you will find reliable sources that will sell you better tickets at a much less price.

Entertainment Publications says that they "are not affiliated" with the compnay that provides the tickets, and therefore have no responsibility. They did send me a current Entertainment Book freee, which has a value of about $15.00, but is of little or no use to me.

I will never purchase anything from this compnay whose policiy borders on fraud. Anyt other compnay that I have ever dealt with would re-send the merchandise.

As to ENTERTAINMENT PUBLICATIONS, buyer beware!!!
