My American Express card was charged nine dollars on 07/07/2006 by ENTRTAINMNT PUBLICTN INC (ENTERTAINMENT REWARD). I did not authorize the charge, but ENTRTAINMNT PUBLICTN INC charged me for services I did not know I had. I also never received any membership confirmation emails or letters from ENTRTAINMNT PUBLICTN INC.
Today, July 21, 2006, I called 866-364-1333, which I found on Entertainment Reward Scam (Exposing A TicketMaster Internet Fraud) website
entertainmentrewardscam.com/viewtopic.php?t=5
and asked the representative of ENTRTAINMNT PUBLICTN INC to explain the situation. The representative tried to convince me that I ordered their service by clicking somewhere and entering my e-mail address while I was using TicketMaster services. I did use TicketMaster services on-line, but I did not request or wanted to be a member of ENTRTAINMNT PUBLICTN INC or ENTERTAINMENT REWARD.
After that the representative canceled my membership, which I never applied for. They also promised me to return my money. However, this is not only about money. I searched Internet and found out that there are so many people who became fraud victims of ENTRTAINMNT PUBLICTN INC (ENTERTAINMENT REWARD).
I also contacted TicketMaster customer service on 07/21/2006. I spoke with customer service representative and also their supervisor. The customer service representative was not able to help me and transferred to another customer service representative who finally transferred me to their supervisor.
The supervisor again tried to convince me that while purchasing show tickets on-line I subscribed myself to Entertainment Rewards membership. And I know I did not subscribe to any membership and more than that I never authorized to charge my American Express account. TicketMaster released my privet information to another company without notifying me.

CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD
If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.
Remember Don't let them get away with it!Make sure theymake the Rip-off Report.. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
