Charged my credit card without authorization. American Express was not very helpful either. Finally made some progress when I came across this site.

I thought Ticketmaster was legimate. It looks like they are a bunch of crooks.

call up the company, tell them you know about their scam and you want your money refunded immediately (be very firm)....they will do it with no problems and no questions asked!!!! it worked for me when i had this problem!!!!
