I purchased some tickets through Ticketmaster in late November for a Bruce Springsteen concert to be held in St. Paul MN. All of a sudden my credit card is getting charge $9.00 a month for "Entertainment Rewards" of which I don't recall signing up for. I have called repeatedly to cancel my membership and supposedly it is canceled. And yet the next month there is the $9.00 charge against my credit card AGAIN. So I call yet again and cancel my membership. This has been going on since December. There doesn't seem to be any address for this company. Their phone number is: 866-364-1333.
Thank you for anything that you can do. And what is up with Ticketmaster doing this?
