Entertainment Rewards, Ticketmaster.com Ripoff Deceptive Website Troy Michigan

My wife bought tickets to Warped Tour in July 2005. We went and enjoyed the concerts and thought that was the last of it. Fast forward to mid-August 2005. I am online checking our credit card statement and notice a $9.00 charge for something called Entertainment Rewards.

Neither my wife or I recognized the charge, so I Googled the company and came across this site and someone else's unfortunate experience with this company.

My wife remembers buying our tickets online, but never signing up for anything. She remembers having to enter her email address a couple of times - so this may be how they got us.

We called the 800 number and after a bit of arguing, they reversed the charges (after telling us it was impossible to do!).

So for all those out there who deal with Ticketmaster - Watch out and make sure you know for what you are signing up!
