this is the 2nd of this scam or is this really?Yah right! 6/3/2016  The last scam almost exactly the same as this one.I saw in an internet 99% scam letter 2/1/2016 same amount winner $1,823,976.00.Richard,rest assured there is no mistake,misprint or error. This is the notice you have been waiting for all your life! Please accept my most sincere congratulations. 14 days to respond by mail or(Your status Guaranteed Prize Winner will be cancelled unless you respond now as instructed.) security encryption: 30506659629on 4 times and  a signature that looks like T.Kwopl Director,Prize Data Division At bottom of letter Prize Delivery

O    I authorize delivery of my Guaranteed Cash Winnings and $1,823,976.00 payout directives and have included $20.00 cash, check, or money order payable to EDC. This Scam looked really good on paper. I almost sent the $20.00 check. But

            1. no printed name under signature of Director

            2. Asking for cash threw the mail. NEVER dO.       

                I only wish this was a true Winning notice.

           If 100 people gave the 20.00 that would be 2,000 dollar 

                      scams are wrong.
