Back on April 5, 2005 I was paid a visit by a young man (PUNK) by the name of Brad Ricketts (maybe or maybe not???) and like many of you out there I heard the same pitch about Cancun. So I purchased 2 magazines, Popular Hot Rodding and Home.
Well here it is November 10, 2005 long past 120 days and I have yet to see a magazine. Like many of you I have tried to contact EAA for several months and have gotten no response. So last week I contacted PHR customer service and they informed me that they have no record my purchase and I'm almost positive I'll get the same response from Home magazine.
I am going to follow the advise that some of you have given and contact the BBB and Attorney General Office of Texas. I also believe that something needs to be done about EAA and the Young Bandits the are using to pull off this scam. Yes I said Young Bandits nobody will ever be able to convince me that these kids do not know what they are doing.
And finally what a thing to teach these kids, that it's OKAY to have people earn your trust and then stick it to them. I've learned one thing from this, unless the goods are their hands at time of the sales pitch the will not see a penny from me.
Good Luck to all of us.

The same thing happened to me! I called every day for weeks and left messages but no one called me back.
If you have time and are not worried about long distance charges, just called over and over. That's what I did and it worked. I called 6 times in a row and they finally answered. After holding for 20 minutes and faxing a copy of my reciept, I finally was told that I would get a refund check within 10 days. I'm not getting my hopes up about that, but at least I spoke to someone and that is more information that I can give the Atty. General.
You NEED to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General! I'm really surprised that they haven't put a stop to this company yet.
