Entrepreneurs Across America ripoff, liars, horrible Denton Texas

I too have been ripped off by this horrible company! In May of 2005 I purchased $96 in subscriptions from this horrible company, from some kid who seemed honest enough but obviously wasn't. In October of 2005, after waiting 120 days for my subscriptions, I called the company - not an easy task I must tell you, I feel I was lucky to finally get thru to them on the phone as I usually received their machine and of course NOBODY called me back! I was told I had to have a copy of the check that was cashed by them as well as my receipt and that I could fax it in for a quicker response. Well, the first time I faxed it apparently I faxed to the wrong location, their terribly deficient website doesn't have the correct number. After I called a few weeks later, I found out they hadn't received it so I refaxed to the number they gave me. Right before Christmas I called to find out where my refund was and Ashley, their customer service person, told me that it was "in the queue waiting to be printed and should be printed wed, thurs, or friday and mailed out." It is now January 12 and I still have not received my $96 back! I have tried calling this joint for the last four days and cannot get thru, It rings four times and goes to a machine. I left a message on the machine yesterday to no avail, nobody has called me back! DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TERRIBLE PEOPLE WORK THERE JUST TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE NOTHING IN RETURN!! I have to say I am very very disappointed in this place, the kid that came to my door seemed so honest, it's too bad he is involved in such a bad place. It's also interesting to note that they only have one phone line apparently AND no email addresses are listed on the web page, www.thanksforthepoints.com. My husband is seriously thinking about driving to their offices to ask for the refund owed to us in person, we live in Plano, they are in Denton, not that far away!! Either way I am going to start contacting agencies in the Dallas area to start putting up red flags about them, they need to be STOPPED.
