Entrepreneurs Across America ripoff dishonest brainwashing kids physical abuse threats cursing yelling drugs withholding pay Denton Texas

I am filing this report on behalf of my nephew, Jason. He worked for this company for 2 years and has tried to leave several times. He is experencing severe emotional distress and believes he has been brainwashed by crew leader of this company. His job was selling magazines door to door. They traveled to different places, staying in motels, then on to another place.

He is now 24 yrs old and and has been doing this for about 5 years, and he has seen a lot of the abuse that happens to teenagers and young adults, including the abuse that has happened to him. He has been cussed at, yelled at, hit, pay witheld, and claims they have hypnotized him and the other kids working for them. Jason claims a lot of the kids do not leave because they are afraid. He just left them and came back home last Thursday.

He claims this company is nothing more than a cult and they are brainwashing the kids. They are doing drugs in the motel rooms-cocain. When he ask for his pay, they say it goes on food or the hotel rooms and he has been given a minimal amount of money for the day, usually $5.00. He has been to the house of the owner of this company and says it is huge and very expensive. So, the company is making money off these kids and mistreating them at the same time. Crew leader in this company have also tried to turn him against his family.

The allegations he is making against this company are very serious and it is hard for me to know what can legally be done to bring justice for the inhumane and dishonest abuse of these kids. If there is any legal avenues, he needs to know. Right now, we need to find out how to deal with the mental issues going on because he knows he has been brainwashed. Right now, he is feeling scared because he feels like he is being compelled to return to them.
