I ordered this product thinking it was just a trial period but when I seen that they charged my account for the two products (approx $97 each) I called customer service I told them I still had the unopened package.
They gave me instructions on returning the products and said I would get a full refund. I gave it 2 months--no refund! I called at first they kept asking for the tracking # from usps which i told them it's been 2 months and i'm not sure if I can find it and they said there was nothing they could do then..
I ask for a supervisor and by this time I speak to a "supervisor" who tried telling me the same thing...after raising much hell magically she found they received the return but to late...i sent it back on dec. 5th and she tried telling me they didn't receive it till dec. 31st !!!
she refused/was unable to let me talk to her boss but did agree to give me half my money back!! BIG RIP OFF !!!
