I called after receiving a mailer about water filtration systems. Salesman Daryl Joseph came to my home and pitched his product. After receiving a final offer of $4,200.00 for purchase of the system, we agreed on financing the system. Salesman told me the terms of $85.00 per month for three years and promised I would receive and email that would allow me to choose from different cleaning products from a catalogue. I never received the email. I was told I could defer my first payment for 6 months, which I did.
When I reveived my first statement, I saw the terms I was promised was not true. By paying the minimum of $85.00 it would take almost ten years to pay it off with more than double the interest. I called the finance company and learned the dealers name is Steve Fisher. Further research showed Steve Fisher as the owner of the company.
I requested a copy of the document signed by either me or my wife stating the details of the contract, they refused to email me a copy, but said would mail in a few days. We did not sign a promissory note, but the credit company magically has one, meaning the contract was forged. I would never have agreed to these terms.
Repeated calls to the number proveded by Daryl of 932-460-3730 and the number found online of 866-596-4450 leaving messages have gone unreturned. Both numbers go straight to a voicemail. Another number of 832-485-7400 also found online has been disconnected.
To date, nothing has been done about this. I have contacted an attorney and I am preparing to file a civil suit against all party's involved with the company, including the salesman, for falsifying information and forging signatures on a contract. Anyone reading this may want to stay away from this company and all involved. If the company is reading this, I suggest you return my calls as soon as possible.
