After purchasing the septic- helper 2000 which was suppose to last 3 years after about 6 month I get a call from this company stating that they have an improve product and if he could send it out  to me for a reduce price I accepted it. later I was sent a liquid 2000 that was an odor control later I received a call ofering me a product the same productliquid 2000 however this time it was to illiminate the oxigen in the line which would kill the roots two jugs in both orders I sent the new order back and told him that the two product were the some idenical liquid month later  he sent me a new box of helper Which I have not paid for  and he have not reimburse me for product sent back he sent me a letter resenly  telling me he will report me to the credit Bureau still he have not refunded for the liquid I return to him.

I could be wrong but I think EPI INC and Miller Products are one in the same or working together Miller products sent me 10 to 15 blue bags of Septic Helper 2000 a while later EPI call to sell more helper 2000 I told him I already have helper 2000 he ask if they were package in blue bags I told him yes he told me to send them back and I will get a refund this was two years ago still no refund The person of the Miller company use to work for EPI so it was said  I think this is a ripoff because a three year supply maby only last one and half year even when using as instructed Initial one scoop and then onehalf 1/2 scoop once a month I really don't know which is the mother company however the guy I speak to all the trime is not a pleasant person to do business with. he is very illmannered.
