This is the third mailer that I've received, in which a scratch game promises that I'm a winner.

To redeem my prize I must call a number that leads to a man named "Jimmy". He answers both the 952 and 866 number on the post card as though it's his own personal phone.

He proceeds to tell me I've in fact won (what he does not say) and starts into a series of questions I can only imagine are aimed at gathering as much personal data as possible.

As soon as you refuse to answe any of the questions he hangs up on you.

After reading reports a few montha back it was obvious that this is a scam and thought nothing of it. But after receiving two more mailers since, I am struck at how the USPS has not cracked down on simple bait and switch scams such as this. 

This is a waste of time, paper and the resources spent to distribute this garbage.

Throw the mailers away. Do not call.
