Environmental Waste Solutions Unprofessional, non friendly, far from customer oriented. Arvada Colorado

I have used Environmental Waste Solutions for 3 years now. My 1st payment to them was mailed to their PO box. 3 weeks into service they quit picking up my trash. I attempted to call them numerous times to see what was going on and was unable to leave voicemail as mailbox was full. When I finally spoke to a gentleman he said payment was never received and that's why service had been interrupted. So I asked if I could be placed back on the route for next day and if it was ok to give the driver of truck my payment for 6 months and I would investigate other mailed payment in the mean time. He said that was fine. So when the truck arrived the next day I handed him $90, he dumped my trash and left. Next week my trash wasn't picked up again. So I played the phone game until the same guy answers and tells me that my payment was never received.  I reminded him that the week before I had gave the driver the money for 6 months of service. He denied telling me that giving driver money was ok and said he would go ahead and place me back on schedule for the following week. 

6 months go by and I really had no other problems with them until....I had to pay again. So since mailing a payment was not an option, (which the original mailed payment was never found), and giving the driver of the truck money was clearly not an option, I decided the only way to pay would be by credit card over the phone. I called them twice a day for 3 weeks. Sometimes I left voicemails, sometimes the mailbox was full, many times the phone had a busy tone. Well guess what, that 3rd week, my trash wasn't picked up again. I finally got ahold of the same guy the 4th week and explain I have attempted to contact his company numerous times and that my garbage wasnt picked up the week before when he proceeds to tell me it was because they haven't received payment. Well no duh, they don't answer their phone, they don't answer their voicemails and they don't communicate with their driver. So because of all their dont's, they don't pick up my trash. 

So here's to sticking with them for 3 years. Im a sucker. I feel sorry for them. Sorry that they just can't seem to get it together. Sorry that they struggle to do what their company is set up to do. My bill was due a month ago, called and paid 6 months over the phone via credit card, (it only took 6 calls instead of the 20-30 it usually takes to get them to answer), and my trash has been picked up once in the past 4 weeks. I know I need to throw in the towel, but I'm afraid the fight to get the money back I just paid will be more trouble then waiting out this next 6 months and them switching to a more reliable company. My advise? when you see this company's name in the yellow pages, or online, skim right past. Don't even give them the time of day.
