This company set up future payments with the credit card company, which I promptly terminated. Now EPI has sent my account with a collection agency which calls me for payment to no end. My credit card is now maxed out and will not process any payments. I spoke to EPI representatives who do not understand "I do not want anymore products from them! " I've sent back the rest of their products but have not been reimbursed, it's been over 2 years now. Due to this experience I no longer buy anything on line or via telephone!
