Envision Consumers  It is supposed to cost $1.00 to which you have to pay with your credit card, for a free trial. You are told to that the charge is for shipping only "with no cost to you". The company charged my account $79:.99 for the first month two weeks in and then turned around and charged me again $89'.00 the second time,. When I contacted customer service, they told me they did not take the 89.00 out of my account.

polite scam, but still a scam

It's not so helpful to have a 30 day guarantee when your bill comes nearly 30 days after the charge. Besides all this mumbo jumbo about the conditions are written out is absurd.  They are fully aware that no one plows through 2 pages of details.

Besides, it is simply totally deceptive and unacceptable to make that kind of offer knowing that they intend to charge unsuspecting people.  Their lawyers know it to. And to not refund the shipping is also not very upstanding.

This company is deceitful and, as someone on another site suggested, the attorney general should investigate. I wrote explaining that I didn't realize that they were going to bill me more than once!  I thought the only billing was for the "free" sample.  But no, there's another charge.

They wrote back to tell me that it was just too bad.  That I was outside the 30 day return policy. Come on, Envision.  Refund these people.  Admit it.  The practice is seamy.  If your cream is so great, let it speak for itself.  Don't trick people.

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. We take tremendous pride in our company, our products and the relationships we build with our customers.  It is unfortunate that you and a few others on this site misunderstood what you were signing up for, but please dont rush to judgment.

Our customers have the option to purchase products individually or with a monthly subscription.  New monthly subscribers get a 15-day "risk free trial" to find out if the product is right for them before paying for it and continuing with their subscription.  Many people find this helpful, since it reduces the uncertainty that comes with purchasing an unfamiliar product online.  Many others prefer to buy individually and we provide links that allow you to do it through our store or Amazon.com.  In either case, the purchases come with a 30-day money back guarantee.

Customers are given every opportunity to learn about therisk free trial and decide whether to take advantage of the offer or buy individually.  The subscription option is explained in detail in several places on our website, including a full page dedicated to subscription FAQs, our Customer Care page, and two separate places during the checkout process.  You can also view your subscription status through the account management system accessible on every page.  It is not fair to claim that you were deceived when we are so open about the deal you apparently misunderstood.

Your trial comes with a 30-day money back guarantee so if you havent already done so, please reach out to our customer care team to arrange a return of the unwanted bottle(s) and refund.

Warmest Wishes,

Envision Beauty
