I received the Solution 5 in 1 Cream, which I thought I would receive a trial size for $1.99 S&H. I received full size and went online found out that they will charge you full price after 15 days if you are keeping it. I didn't open the product and e mailed the C/S for shipping credit so that I can send it back but no reply. I called them and explained how they cheated but, they said I need to send the product by paying my own shipping!!
The first thing no body asked tosend full size,and they need to put on the order screen that its not really free. They've mentioned in terms and conditions that they are going to charge $ 80 every month which we need magnifying lenses to read. I never got an email after I ordered the sample explaining the details how they can rip off you without your knowledge.
The C/S said she has to attend the different call and cut me off. I all I have to do is return the item to the PO and mail it back with a order code with my shipping. So.free sample cost me shipping back to them. I have been online customer for my whole life but, this is the worst business. No ethics, no hassle free policy, no C/S and I don't know how they keep up the money they earn by cheating customers. Take my advice and don't get this "free" product. You will end up wasting your time,money for nothing.

In plain english in the box next to where you order the trial:

They tell you right there in black and white when you order it what the terms and conditions are. You agreed to them when you clicked "I agree to the terms and conditions" Perhaps you should READ the terms before ordering something and clicking that box? They didnt need to send you an email with the details, you already clicked a box stating that you understood them.
