He promises you he does all the work himself and that he will get started in a week. Then the lies start rolling in after he cashes your check. One excuse after another about how he is coming and then doesn't show up or call. You have to call him each time saying where are you. This will go on for 6 months always a new excuse. So if family is huge then he will tell you he has 15 kids. If you are really religious then he will tell you that he goes to church 3 times a week. He never calls you to tell you what is going on. You always have to call him to get his next excuse. So he will tell you I'll be there the next day and then doesn't show up. Doesn't call to tell you he won't be there either this goes on for 9 months and he never stops with the excuses. He won't finish your job or he will do a very horrible job. He always likes to have you pay for the concrete. He will also request a large sum for the job to get started. After he has no intention of doing the job he will tell you he is not Williams the owner. The wI'll tell you his name is Oscar Patrick. Then says just call him pat. Later you will find out he likes to be called Thomas Patrick ratz which is know for scamming people under many company names. He has been sued before by the attorney general saying he can't be a manager or run the business in anyway. However, he is the only person you deal with at all. He has been running scams for years now. Don't be fooled by his lies of trying to satisfy the customer because he hasn't done a thing on my house in the past 9 months. He took the money and ran.
