I purchased 80 electronic cigarette cartridges from EON SMOKE and most
of them were defective and did not work. I contacted EON SMOKE several
times via email and phone and requested either a full refund or a
replacement. After sending many emails and leaving messages for them,
they finally responded back to me three weeks after I contacted them.
However they are only offering to replace 15 cartridges which is
unacceptable to me. They have not sent me any replacement cartridges as
of yet nor have they given me a date for when I can expect to receive
them. I am very frustrated by their poor response time as well as their
unprofessional manner in handing this situation. I would like a full
refund at this point as they can not guarantee that the replacement
cartridges will not be defective due to issues they are having with the
manufacturer.
