Hey you know that he has another company name its called TXEP Fuels LLC? About a few weeks ago he posted on facebook a project for some 22 wells some extravagant investment he had going putting garauntees and all that good jazz sounds similar to this story.

I thought I would let you know in case that helps with your pursuit of this person. Looks like he is up to the same tricks. I just posted information about him had to call him out on his little scam he was trying to pull online.

This guy clearly knows nothing about oil and gas industry he is probably a truck driver and wishes he could be legit but never will be. He was selling OORI....anyone in oil and gas industry knows thats not a term its called ORRI. In addition no one in their right mind would sell ORRI for a project to a small investor when if he is the owner/operator of these said wells he should be able to go to a bank and get a loan against it in a heart beat and never mind getting an investor.

Unless there is no lease and hes just collecting money again which that would make sense why hes asking for a small investor. anyways yeah I would proceed with a new report to the SEC buddy. good luck!

This person named Anthony Martinez is a managing partner for 2 entities. 1 was dissolved as a result of a supposed "lawsuit" or disspute but what i think really happened was he took investor money for a oil well lease on United Energy Partners, Inc. and only paid me 1 time for the share of "production money" then after that I never heard from him or was able to reach him via telephone or anything.

Then told me that there was a lawsuit and that they were being sued.... This lease he defrauded people was in the Austin Chalk then never heard anything. The Texas RailRoad commission website shows this operator isnt even active and has NO OIL LEASES under their entity. This guy is scamming hard working people out of their money as he did to me and continues to do it. Makes up fake stories when all he is doing from my experience is using an entity to steal your money then dissolves the entity.

This guy needs to be stopped at all costs before he steals more money from people. He claims to re-work oil and gas leases that are abandoned that he purchases from the oil and gas auction which this guy I HIGHLY DOUBT he hasnt purchased anything for any re-works and frankly has NEVER done anything in the oil and gas industry! There is no record of him filing paperwork for any of the leases he claims to own or operate or has deals with other companies that dont exist.

DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS PERSON OR HIS COMPANIES! If he comes up with another company and this Anthony Martinez guy tells you that he garauntees your investment and that it will pay back in about 8-12 months its a lie dont believe him! I have lost money with this guy and I cant find a lawyer that will pursue a claim against him because everyone states that this guy might just not show up to court and like most oil and gas crooks they are always on the run! STAY AWAY FROM ANTHONY MARTINEZ! This guy is selling un-registered securities and needs to be stopped! Report him to the SEC
