EOS Real Estate Management Group LLC Dawson Forest Apartments, Property Manager, Tyler Collum, AKA Joseph Tyler Collum Joseph Tyler Collum, Property Manager, Deceptively Hired Us To Do Work Never Intending To Pay Dawsonville Georgia

On October 30th, 2014, we, Handy Hero, Inc, were hired by a Mr. Tyler Collum (Joseph Tyler Collum), Property Director at EOS Real Estate Management Group, from his position as Property Director of Dawson Forest Apartments.  Mr. Tyler hired us to do a job involving detecting what was wrong with a surround sound system and then repairing it and getting it functional. Long story, short, Mr. Collum hired us, our technicians performed the intented work to a product and then he refused to pay our company for the work performed (two invoices total of $500.00). 

After spending between 10-12 hrs so far trying to negotiate with Tyler, then his senior, Dana Neal, then the President of EOS Real Estate Management Group, Ms Linda Pentaleri, all to no avail, we decided to start looking into Mr. Collum.

In researching him on the internet, all public records, we found that Mr Collum, aka Joseph Tyler Collum, has a very seedy, dishonest and criminal past.  Below are the links to the public documents (not in any particular order).  And based on these records, we feel that our company was just the next victim in his repetoire and we are reporting it so others are aware.   We have no information as to how he operates as a Property Director, his current position with EOS Real Estate Management Group at the Dawson Forest Apartments, 100 Green Forest Dr, Dawsonville, GA 30434, but please just be aware of his history and do not become his next victim. Please note that none of his current seniors have been willing to sort out the matter either, so by action, fully support Joseph Tyler Collum:
