Got a call from Segun at EPage LIsting who said he was a Mortgage broker and had ' hot ' leads from people actually living in Windermere who were qualified for a loan with him and just needed a real estate agent to help them.
he promised that if any leads turned oiut to be no good then it would be replaced. Unfortunately the replacement leads were equally as poor.
It took about 2 weeks of phone calls to these worthless leads before I called and complained. JUst got voice mail of course.
Eventually I got an e mail reply from Customer service ar EPage Listing
I was told that the first $485 was not refundable as I have signed a contract to that effect.
I pointed out that the contract was almost certainly ' unfair ' and unenforcable but it made little difference.
I had multiple e mail exchanges with Diana in customer service at EPage listing but I have yet to get then to own up to this rip off scam.
I duely sent in the fax and ccancelled in the prescriped way within the prescribed time but they still took the next installment from my Credit card. When I complained about that all I got was a form that I had to sign to say that I would drop my claim to the first $485 that they ripped me off for.
I have not signed that form and am taking the claims up witj my credit card company.
EPage listing is a rip off . If anyone calls you from that company then tell them that you have heard from a very honest real estate broker that their service is a rip off.
