Epd Reporting Charged $159 for something they don't provide Ripoff Internet

I had went online to see what my checking account balance was when I found a charge from EPD reporting. I did not have a clue as to what this company was or where it came from. It had charged my account with a $159.95 charge for a debit card that I did not order. When I called the phone number connected with the charge it keep reporting that they were experiencing a high volume of calls and to keep holding as my call was important to them. After 5 minutes the recording changed to announcing that they were unable to answer all calls and that by going to their website I could report whatever problem I was having and they would respond asap.

They sent an email to me stating how I had ordered this card and they included the computer address from where the order orginiated. That once the charge was complete there was no way for them to return my money to me.

I did not order anything from them. I have not gotten my money back for the card I was supposed to have ordered.
