I, too attended a seminar here in Sacramento with the hopes of building a website to sell various collectibles. Needless to say the website never got off the ground because the software was foul just did not work at all. I made several phone calls to Pacific Web Works and Bring it Home, to no avail. No one wanted to take any responsibilty for a defective product. I had to keep calling to get the password reset each time I would try to go back and work on what I had previously done.
When I finally called the last time to let them know that I kept getting error messages when I tried to access the e-commerce, I was told that my account had been suspended. I did not understand because money $19.95 and $89.95 was being deducted from my account each month. No one could tell me why the account was suspended. I finally called my bank to inform them not to take any more money from my account for these items. All hell broke loose from Monterey Financial. They have been very rude and downright harrassing me each and every day. I have been paying the account monthly, because I do not want my credit damaged. I am running a month behind for some reason according to them.
I have contacted the Attorney Generals office and they have said they will look into it. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau here to no avail. I would like to join the other people who have been ripped off as well and file a class action.

Have you got the result from AG office? What is your next step after this?
I think we need to coordinate ourselves, find other people that get into same problem with these life-sucking companies, and find an attorney who can handle this situation if we want to make the class action law suit. I know that all of us can't do anything about this for the moment because we had already signed the contract of buying the merchant account from Epenzio, and we can't cancel it anymore.
I know that there are lots of people out there who got trapped by these companies because just from the day when I attended their seminars, most of them signed up just like me in the hope that we could use the merchant and web space accounts immediately and effectively.
