Epenzio Bringithome Pacific Webworks ripoff Salt Lake City Utah

Last July a friend and I went to a "seminar" to learn about making money on the internet. The first night it looked pretty good and we thought it might be a decent deal. The second night changed both our minds.
On the second night I told them I wanted to cancel because I didn't feel I could handle the expense. They took all my paperwork, leaving me nothing, and told me it would all be taken care of and cancelled. I left it at that.

A few weeks later I received a bill from epenzio for a website I had cancelled and a bill for software I didn't have. When I called them to complain they said I had never cancelled the agreement and that I should send them a copy of the paperwork. When I told them about the paperwork being taken back from me, leaving me not one scrap of paper to send them they said that was too bad and I would just have to pay the bill. I called an attorney and they wrote a letter telling epenzio to cease and desist.

Once again I thought it was over. Now I find that $32.95 has been taken from my account since then by Pacific Webworks and they refuse to refund my money because, once again, I have no paperwork to send them proving I cancelled the business transaction within the 3-day recision period. I also cannot contact bringithome. They have all the evidence that I cancelled and are continuing to perpetrate this theft from me because they took all the evidence with them. I have two witnesses to the fact that I cancelled within the 3-day recision period and will be contacting them again.

I want my money back and I want these people stopped from ever perpetrating this kind of ripoff ever again! They don't have the right to prey on people this way. They aren't just stealing from me, they are stealing from my handicapped son too.
