We fell prey to the lies and seception of Hom, Inc, Liberty Vending, Travel Plus, netbizz, Epenzio aka, Avalon business direct, aka many more names. My husband and I also have lost a lot of money and valuable time dealing with these individuals. It is time that they are brought to justice.

We went to a seminar in either December 2000 or January 2001 and were victimize like the rest of you. They have made promises that they have failed to keep. Whenever you try to reach someone no one ever returns phone calls.

If you are fortunate enough to actually speak with someone you get the run around. I am about at my wits end. All I wanted to do was to get a legitimate business started with a great web presence what I got is a lot of bills, frustration along with mental anguish.

We purchased the individual website which took numerous calls to set up. The gateway for credit cards through the merchant account we pay for every month has never worked. They were quick to call and advise you that you should go with their coaching program which we declined. We are paying all this money out and have never made 1 thin cent using any of it. All of their willingness to help you through any problem went out the window when we declined coaching.

We were also promised with the purchases of our website that it would be listed on the best search engines free of charge as it was included in the packages we bought. That was not the case. I called to see what information we had to give them to get listed on the search engines and we were told that it was a another charge..

Customer Service-that is a joke. There is none. We have called travel plus on numerous occassions to see if we could get products or to see if a package or membership that had not been activated would expire. Which to met he expiration date should be a year from the date it was activated by my customer but i was so wrong.

I'm angry, disgruntled and feel very cheated and violated by their deceptive business practices. I would like to know who to contact to bring legal suit and at least get some of my hard earned money back.

I have tried to work with these people now I give up. I want nothing more but too stop them from duping someone else..I could continue to write more, but I will cease and disist. I hope this helps any other small business owner.
