I was supid enough to fall for their "free trial" advertisement. It didn't tell me it was going to go on an autoship program. After I had placed the order, I googled them and the Rip Off Report (and other sites) came up.
I called the vendor on 02/02, same date I ordered, and tried to cancel. They said as long as I called them within the 14 day "trial period" they would then stop the autoshipping. I agreed to this and called them again on 02/14, well ahead of the deadline.
The sales rep was obnoxious and informed me he would cancel the autoship but I would have to pay $19.95 per product (they make you buy the Eye Serum too). I told him that was ridiculous and that I wanted it cancelled NOW. He continued to badger me so finally I asked for his manager.
He transferred me and I was able to cancel with no further charges. (They were going to charge like $200 for both products - per month). So far the product has done nothing for me and I hope I have learned my lesson this time!
