Ephamere - LUXURE Skin Care Claims to be a free trial, then will charge almost $100 for a monthly "fee" Atlanta Georgia

I thought about signing up for a free trial, but decided against it and closed out of the website before hitting confirm. Then I received an email confirmation and shipping notification. It was less than $10 so I didn't make a fuss.

A few weeks later, there was a $97 charge on my account and I called my bank because I thought it was fraudulent. They gave me the phone number and I called to find out that it was this company trying to tell me that it was a monthly charge for this skin care product.

After arguing for 20 minutes and trying to get a manager on the phone, the customer service rep told me that the best he could do was refund me 50%. He tried to say that I knew about the charge and had the product so he couldn't refund me the entire charge. I mentioned this was a scam and he got defensive. Then I just repeated that I wanted a manager or this was going to be reported as fraud. He finally came back and said he would cancel my accounts and give me a full refund.

This is a scam.
