They advertised free trial offer of product that I should receive in 5 days which I did not. I received it 2 days before they took out 74.45 out of my accout which I did not authorize. The order I was charged for I never received.
A representative said when you get it do not send it back because we are not refunding nothing and laughed at me like as if he does this all day.
I told him I was going to report him but he said it did not matter because no one has ever been able to do nothing about it.
Can companies get away with this?
I hope you have more power then I do I have tried everything my bank is still investigating this also.
