I used these guys three times over the past year. The first two times, never had any problems at all.
The third time however, was a total waste of time and a shock. The main kid who answers the phone, "Dustin" is nothing more than a smooth talking salesman.
I ordered products from them on January 13th 2012, and now January 25th, nothing still has arrived. U.S. Postal Mail does not take nearly two weeks to ship items that weigh less than 5 pounds.
I called EphedraWarehouse.com three times. The first two times, I was informed they would contact the Post Office to find out what was happening with my order and would call me back within 15-25 minutes. I was never called back.
After calling back the third time, extremely frustrated, I asked why it's so hard calling Customers back when they say they're going to. The response was, "If we have no new information, why call you back?" Wow!!
I tried explaining a basic principle to this Dustin kid and the excuses just kept rolling down hill like a s****.>
Very rude, unprofessional and flaky. If I had to guess, this guy sounds like he's around his twenties the way he speaks to Customers. This new Facebook generation seems hell bent on doing everything it takes to get the dollar, while doing little to nothing in following up with loyal Customers when problems happen. It's really sad and unfortunate.
Oh well, someone else will get my business from now on who are professional.

I use this comany on a regular basis and stumbled accross this report. It amazes me that this guy would file a report about this company, when clearly they refunded your money. The person even claims they were refunded so how could you say you were ripped off??
Just because you do not like someone that you are having to speak with does not give you the right to file a false claim. How did you get ripped off if you were refunded? My guess is the post office made a mistake, which does happen reguarly, but eventually you received the product and probably did not call to inform them that you had received the product and kept it and took it for free. You are the one who proabably ripped them off.
In the three years I have been ordering from this site I have never had any issues, yes packages have been late, but I am understanding and do realize that the post office makes mistakes, Ephedrawarehouse.com has always treated me fair.

I have had no problems with this company, save one, and they quickly and happily corrected it. The packages come with tracking information, so you should be able to see where your package got lost at. I too thought my package took too long, but they explained that it took longer to process on weekends and it took a little longer. They were always quick to respond to my requests. Perhaps, you weren't very nice. I tend to have slower service with people who do not realize that life has issues and they aren't all about you.
