Epic Real Estate Solutions Epic Res Epic has not been paying the appraisers Pittsburgh Nationwide

I have sent these people at Epic several emails and left numerous messages regarding past due invoices dating back as far as June 2014. It is now Feb. 2015 and all I still get are promises of checks that do not appear and messages saying that Tiffany Mayfield will get back to me. Im not holding my breath. This is another example of a company that was getting paid for the appraisals by the clients and ran their company with our (appraiser's) money. When things have slowed down, they are realizing that they cant take from Peter to pay Paul anymore. This is the problem with appraiser management companies that do not know how to financially conduct themselves. This adds insult to injury when considering the very low fees that they were supposed to be paying appraisers in the first place. Next call is to my states Dept. of Business and Professional Regulations and their clients especially Navy Federal Credit Union.
